Hello Team,
After referring Jenkins Integration DevOps first video, I am not able to establish the connection between my ServiceNow instance and My Jenkins. Connection state remains as Disconnected.
Error :
Connection Error : The current operation ended in state: ERROR
Not sure what is getting wrong for me. Can you please help here?
Installed Plugins info :
Jenkins plug-in for ServiceNow at Jenkins end with version 1.32
ServiceNow DevOps Model at ServiceNow end with version 1.32
I did create the new connection under one of the connection & credential aliases and given the role as connection_admin and credential_admin to that devops user

This is resolved. My Jenkins server was locally set-up in my laptop (local IP) and hence my dev ServiceNow instance was not able to connect since it was not able to find the public DNS IP address to connect.\
How I resolve:
Later I did set-up my Jenkins server to my free-tier AWS Ec2 instance and my SNOW dev instance able to connect.
