Not seeing "Order Now" button in our Service Portal. How to enable this?

Service Portal. We are in Quebec.

Never seen "Order Now" button on our Service Portal.

On my catalog form, I only see the Add to cart button. When I click on that, it shows a green box on top of the form with a View Cart link. It takes me to sc_cart page and then "Proceed to Checkout" button in the right bottom of the page. 

Should I enable Order Now somewhere?

Hi,

Do you see a button that says "Submit" instead of "Order Now" or do you literally only see the "Add to Cart"?

Can you share a screenshot?

If so, please check your catalog item settings and see if you have a "No order now" checkbox on it and if so, is it set to true. Please add this to your form if it's currently not showing:

Open catalog item and check what options you have selected among this.

It has Order.

Hi Rajinisree,

 

remove/Hide "Order Now" button from one of the "Service Portal" item might help you to get back the order button on portal.
