Notifications are not sent on Non-production Instances

We have 2 non-production instances, which are both clones from our production instance. For some reason no Notification mails are being sent. The mail is working, since I can send a mail directly from a case. On the production instance all the notifications are working. find_real_file.png

If you go directly to the 'sys_email' table, do you see them as send-ready there?

No, they don't show up at all.

Hello,

Make sure your notification is active and also please check the email properties in your support instances. that is enabled or not.
