Hi Team,
Recently we have implemented Now Assist for ITSM skills in our project.Our client has asked some info as below-
1) How effectively are the Now Assist for ITSM skills being utilized within the project?
2)What benefits have been achieved by activating these skills?
How can I present to client reg this details using reports or any etc.

If you want to know how Now Assist Skills are working, adopted or what's the space for improvement, then you might be interested in Now Assist Admin Overview Page.

Or switch the tab from the Now Assist Admin:

ANother option are logs, but these are not so easy to read + special role is required, you can check the [sys_generative_ai_log] table but I never found it that helpful, the above provided option is better to understand the AI usage.

I have went to the Subscription Management Dashboard,could you please let me know how these Assists are calculated.Is it based on number of time the skills are evaluated if iam not wrong?

check mine and your screenshots, it's not the same page. Yours is about subscriptions, it's little bit different thing - usually subscirptions are about users with licences, custom tables crated and/or transactions made in integrationHub.
Navigate to this (if you have the access) :
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/now-assist-admin/usage-and-adoption
If you cannot see this, it might be a subject of plugin, please check the address above and let me know if you happened to access it..
To see reports on how the capabilities are used - Skills, Searches, Guardians (offensiveness etc), self-service.
And all above can be tracked as per given time frame (weekly, last 3 months, ytd, ...)
