Now learning portal access issue

Hello All,

I am unable to login to the now leaning portal . I am able to put the login details and verify the  OTP  but when verified the authintication code i am not able to see the learning portal in  stead of that it is getting redirect to "https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp" again back. 

I have raised many case with support for the same but no luck, can someone help me to get sloved this issue.

I am unable to see my certifcations,voucher,learning paths, etc.

Has anyone faces same kind of issue ?

Hi Shital, 

Try changing your browser, and still no use then mail to 'nowlearning@service-now.com' or 

certification@servicenow.com

and they will help you, they might take a time, may be more than a week but they will resolve your issue.

Try with different browser or Incognito or open a case.
