Hi all,
I'm setting up a ServiceNow demo instance (Zurich Patch 1) for some prototyping with AI Agent Studio, and I'm encountering an error when trying to load the list of AI use cases.
Here’s what I see:
Error: List controller data broker transform error: Transformation script failed. Cannot find function getAgentsDetailsSecure in object [object Object].
What I’ve Done So Far:
Installed all relevant Now Assist and S2P Now Assist plugins.
Verified that AI Search is enabled.
Repaired major plugins involved, including Now Assist and AI Agent Studio.
Ensured that all plugin dependencies are active and updated.
My Questions:
Is getAgentsDetailsSecure a method that should be part of a specific plugin or module?
Could this be a missing script include or a version mismatch in the installed plugin?
Is there a specific Zurich Patch requirement or post-installation step I might be missing?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
