Please elaborate your question, which files you are referring to?

Are you referring to the attachments that gets attached to the records?

It seems you are trying to create a Pie chart, however just to let you know, there is not a defined table for "oob files", "OOB customized files" or "custom files". 
 This data can be pulled from any appropriate table if you have the information on those table.
