Hello Members
I have a issue where my PDI is not available for me n it's asking me to request a new PDI all of a sudden. Can anyone help me with the info if this is some glitch n I will be able to access my PDI in some time?

Hi there,
As you might know, these free PDIs come without any form of support. So we all can't help you. Only thing you can do: wait and hope, or... request a new PDI.
I don't know if this applies to you / if you seen it, take notice on "Action Required: We are migrating our PDI Infrastructure to a new data center. See our developer blog for more details and instructions for backing up."
Kind regards,

Hello @SnowUserDev ,
Servicenow is performing some datacentre migration activities for all of its PDI's due to which all the available PDI would be reclaimed by servicenow n post migration u will be able to request a new one.
Service now has suggested how to take a backup of the PDI also as an announcement service now has mentioned on the community as well.
For future reference please follow the link to take backup of the PDI

Thanks,
Danish

Perhaps take this opportunity to check you have a current email address linked to your PDI account because ServiceNow did send out warnings that these instances were going to be reclaimed.
