Hi @Marc White

There is no support available for PDI. You may release the pdi and request for new pdi.

Hi ,

The ServiceNow Dev Team does not monitor the forums any longer.

It's recommended to visit the Dev Site and then login, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Give Feedback" button, then mention your PDI issue, etc. and check the box that you want to receive a follow-up.

Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

Thanks & Regards,

Hi @Marc White - no, don't do that. As others have correctly noted, ServiceNow offers no support for PDIs, so you would be wasting your time.

Your issue is most likely due to the wide scale shutdown of old PDIs due to the migration to a new data center, something ServiceNow has been warning about for several weeks:

The only thing you can do is request a new PDI via the developer site.

That's is exactly the reason.
