Process Automation Designer (PAD) trigger tables missing

I'm trying to create a new process in Process Automation Designer (PAD) but the trigger table only lists Incidents and Incident tasks. I would like to select the Change request table.

Rikki,

Depending on how you installed Process Automation Designer (PAD), you have access to different trigger tables.

PAD comes in a few versions:

  • PAD for ITSM: Enables triggers from the "Incident" and "Incident Task" tables.
  • PAD for App Engine: If you have an App Engine license, this enables triggers from custom tables and 110+ system tables.
  • PAD for Customer Service Management (CSM): If you have a CSM subscription, this enables triggers from 15 CSM tables, including Change Request. Seems like this is what you need.

Hopefully, this helps...if not, let me know.

Hi Brian,

Do I understand you correct in that there is a plugin called "PAD for Customer Service Management (CSM)"? If so, I'm not able to find it. Could you clarify?

Thanks

Hi Victor,

You can search ServiceNow Store (store.servicenow.com) for various Playbooks. E.g. Playbooks for Customer Service Management (https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/7be17355874010108ef7a7da0acb0b...)

Hi Brian,

I need pm_project table in the trigger and even after installing "Process Automation Designer for App Engine" this table is not available in the trigger dropdown.

Can suggest on this?

Thanks
