I'm trying to create a new process in Process Automation Designer (PAD) but the trigger table only lists Incidents and Incident tasks. I would like to select the Change request table.

Rikki,
Depending on how you installed Process Automation Designer (PAD), you have access to different trigger tables.
PAD comes in a few versions:
- PAD for ITSM: Enables triggers from the "Incident" and "Incident Task" tables.
- PAD for App Engine: If you have an App Engine license, this enables triggers from custom tables and 110+ system tables.
- PAD for Customer Service Management (CSM): If you have a CSM subscription, this enables triggers from 15 CSM tables, including Change Request. Seems like this is what you need.
Hopefully, this helps...if not, let me know.

I am wondering the same thing! I would like to use it with Demands (Demand Management).
