Hello Mirdul,

Unfortunately creating a case is the only way to go. From personal experience, I can mention that sometimes cases are answered within one day, sometimes cases are answered after several weeks.

I would suggest you to create a case every week and wait patiently for their reply.

As Nayan said: the response from NowLearning is absolutely the worst. Probably that's why they don't sent out surveys for them. And nobody else can help you but them.

If you need it to access other courses and are working for a customer or partner, you could try to have your servicenow rep get involved (or partner manager).

Keep sending in cases and also update them every other day. Just ask for an update. And keep asking. Eventually someone will come back to you, but it can take a while.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Hi,

Not sure if this will help but please click all lessons under each section and check if you see a green bar against each of them. On a few occasions, it has happened to me that I have missed to scroll down completely and so that particular lesson would show up as 95% or 99% complete.

This may not be an issue in your case but it is worth checking.

In another instance, I had the same issue as yours but it got auto resolved after a few days.

Thanks,

Arav

Hi, Mirdul. This happened with me in another NL course. Reopen your instance for the course. Then make sure that all modules have been validated. Good luck.
