Project timeline at the top of project page is not seen (pm_project record)

Dear SPM Experts,

We are using Washington release - Washington DC Patch 1 Hot Fix 2 however the issue does not seem to be the version of ServiceNow.

When we create a new project, we see the timeline/phases at the top of the project page. I am unable to see this when i Apply Template.

What i expected was that the phases are shown at the top of the project page.

To get the phase process diagram at the top of the page, we need to add the custom phases in menu -->All-->System UI-->Process flow and add the phase values for pm_project table. 

This issue is resolved for me.
