"This Knowledge Item has expired"

Hi, 

 

Have recently noticed that users are receiving the "this knowledge item has expired" message when looking at previous versions from the version history list. Before users were able to view all previous versions once the current published version had a future 'valid to' date.

Wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem?

So previous versions are still in Published yet or not and what is their Valid to date?

Well the previous version would be in the 'Outdated' workflow as there is a new Published version of the article. Previously the user could view any of the "older" versions by selecting from the list, once the current article had a future valid to date.

They would see that the version was Outdated but could still view the information that would have been present at the time. Now some users receive the error 'the knowledge item has expired' when trying to view a previous version.
