Which table  is the relationship table  between RITM and Knowledge management?

Hi @Community Alums ,

As far as I know, there is no relation OOTB between kb_knowledge and sc_req_item table. Though, it could be that you have created a reference field on the sc_req_item table to the kb_knowledge table, and/or created a relationship within the system defintions --> relationsship between the two tables:

Hi @Community Alums ,

Unfortunately there is no Relationship table exists between RITM and Knowledge.

You will need to set up a new Table Configuration for the REQ/RITM/TASK table(s) and then add the Short Description and Contextual Search Results using Configure Form Layout.

Hi @Community Alums are you talking about this OOB related list "knowledge --> source task"

If yes , you can create a article and this would have a relation with your ritm and will be stored on source task field on KNowledge article like below

Hi Harish,

My issue is Incidents have an Action Assignment to remove knowledge articles in the SOW. However, since RITMS are not part of this table ([m2m_kb_task) or any table I can't create an Action Assignment to remove Knowledge articles from the SOW for RITMs. Do you have any advice?
