Hi all,
Have seen the articles that Service Now are migrating all customers to Raptor DB over 2025 - just wondered if there is an additional cost for this or are the costs only associated with Raptor Pro?
Thanks

Hi @DonnaHC
For any cost or license-related matters, the best person to contact is your SN account manager. Please reach out to your SN account manager in this case as well.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @DonnaHC - no additional cost unless you upgrade to Raptor Pro. But clearly that's what ServiceNow want you to do, and they'll start pushing the performance benefits of Pro pretty hard, I imagine.
