Hi ,
I have created a record producer for a custom table, i have found the issue that when i impersonate as other user and submit record producer form in portal, it is showing as record not found for the impersonated person who has not having admin role.
can someone provide solution to fix this.

Hi,
I hope you have a security admin privilege. If yes, can you go to the ACL and check your table name how many ACLs are created with that table. Disable those ACLs and try to do the same testing.

Can you do the reverse engineering ie., assign this role to the user account and try to do the test ticket creation.
You removed the role from the table and You should check any ACL is created and tagged with this table.

yes by adding that role to the user , after ticket creation record not found is not coming.
how to make it work for all without adding the role.
I have tried unchecking the create access controls, and acls are showing as active for this role .
please suggest wat can be done further

uncheck Create access controls and remove all ACLs. or update all ACLs and remove that role
