Hi,
We have a performance issue with Reference fields on one of our Order Guides when accessing it using Service Portal. The Reference Fields take a long time to load their values/bring back suggested results ~2 minutes. The reference fields work without any issues when we use Service Catalogue view outside the Portal and also on other Catalog Items using Service Portal.
There are no dependencies on the Reference fields and are related to common tables with less than 500 records.

I have found the solution to this issue, looks like it is a bug within the Order Guide Widget - ServiceNow KB: Service Portal - Variable sets with containers in order guides with cascade variables...
