Is anyone aware of any easy way to mimic the popup view of a KB article like the screenshot shown below. This screenshot was taken after I clicked on a KB link on a Contextual search result. I would really like to use this feature on Catalog Request forms and also on Catalog Tasks using links to KB articles.

Hi Tyson,
I have couple of questions
1. Are you mapping any kb knowledge record from to a reference field on catalog item form?
2. Do you want kb article records to come as search result based on some field (Ex: Short description for incident)

Souren

If you want to add contextual search on catalog request form then add one entry in record producer configuration under contextual search and case of catalog task you can use Table configuration.
Please refer to the below links and screenshots:

Hi Souren,
No I don't want to use the conceptual search at all. I want to know if it's possible to show a dialog popup view of KB article from within a form.
For example, see the screenshot below. Where it says "Click Here" I want it to show the KB article in a popup view when the user clicks the hyperlink. That functionality currently exists with the contextual search results when you click on a KB article result. I believe somehow SN is hooking a dialog box with possibly an embedded iFrame to the KB article....
