remove this dropdown entirely 'action on selected rows' dropdown from the content management portal but need this for itil role users

Hi @aditi sharan ,

The list choice actions are UI Actions.

  1. In the navigation window, enter 'UI Actions'
  2. Click on the module
  3. Search on the table where the option shows. For example 'Incident' table
  4. Look for the option you are seeing in the drop down
  5. Click on it
  6. Uncheck 'List Choice'
  7. This should remove it from the drop down

Hey, i've already done this but i need to remove the dropdown itself not just the options
