Remove Widget from Agent Workspace Catalog Item View - Newbie Question

Hello.  I'm configuring ITSM Agent Workspace for the first time.  I do not have much experience with Widgets or Portal Configuration sadly.

From an Interaction Record when the agent clicks "Create Request" and then selects a particular catalog item such as this one named "General Request", there are a bunch of widgets over on the right side.  I just want to remove some of these  widgets such as the "Cool Clock" widget.

I should be able to do that easily, right?  What is the best way?  Because I can't seem to get anything to work.  Thanks!

Hello Geoffrey,

I don't think I have ever seen that message when performing the actions you are. My only suggestion would be to enable debugging and look for what ACL is failing, but I'll look around to see if I can find any other community articles that match your issue.

Did you ever fix this problem? I'm stuck at the same place as you right now. Getting "Access is denied" when I try to edit widgets in that scope.

@FrancoisLalumiere Very sorry, but I do not remember what the solution was, or IF there was a solution.  Normally I do post solutions when I find them.
