Requested_for is setting as guest user in an inbound email flow designer for submitting a request

i am testing with my id in dev instance , but requested for is taking the guest user (guest@example.com) account in the inbound email flow designer  . Value given for requested for is the user record from data picker which identifies the sender of email

i tried that , but its still taking the guest account . is it possible to set the value of requested for  by scripting

Yes we can,

May I know, what is actual requirement. So I can help with best of my knowledge and can you share the information from where you are getting the inbound email and how. Check whether you are receiving the user information in the Inbound email.
