Retire confirmation modal Workspace

Hi everyone, I hope you are doing fantastic!!

I have the requirement to create a confirmation / substitution modal in HR Agent Workspace, meaning when you click the button it has a modal saying you want to retire an article  or retire and substitute an article for another.

This is already implemented OOTB but only for Classic UI, and I'm not able to configure it in HR Agent Workspace.

The OOTB button I'm refering should be under the link:

If anyone could help me, how may I set this up for HR Agent Workspace??

EDIT: I see that this is configured for the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, how do I use the same functionality / page for HR Agent Workspace??
