Rich(er) Text Options in Knowledge Base Case Like Bullet Lists and Numbered Lists Not Available

Hi all,

 

I am not sure if this is the right forum to put this in but we are running into some roadblocks with the content editor in the CMS for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base, as it doesn’t seem to allow things like bulleted lists, numbered lists, or paragraph indenting, it just allows:

  • bold

  • italic

  • underline

  • strikethrough

  • link

This is even on articles of type Rich text.

 

Is this the intended functionality and there really aren't any richer options or is there something that we can enable on the backend or customize?
