Hi,
Can you guys please assist, I am struggling with configuring an SLA that has to trigger notifications at least twice (at 50% and 100%). I have configured the SLA and the flow designer but they not triggering. Can you guys please guide me on how do I achieve the requirements.
I have attached the configurations below, I am happy to take questions as well.
