What role can be given to a user to view and access reports on dashboard without granting user an Admin role?

You can share report to users, groups using below

Thank you, I will take a look at it and give it a try

Hi,

As sachin mentioned, those are the roles for viewing reports and the various other levels with that.

To view dashboards, there's sort of a separate set of roles that "could" apply.

A non-roled user (so a user with absolutely no role) can only view dashboards shared with them, but a user with any role...can view and create, etc. and it goes up from there.

Again, if you were giving report_user role (which is the minimum to use reporting)...then it sort of unlocks dashboard features anyway, but I wanted to cover it just in case: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/use/dashboards/con...
