Run Flow Executionwith ATF

I should run a Flow Execution for the incident to check whether an SMS has been sent. Is it possible with ATF to run the flow to trigger the sending of SMSs?

flow runs in background and is server side logic and can't be checked with ATF.

Short answer is no. Flow runs in the backend, and you can only validate or see the output of the flow in ATF, but not the execution itself

I only neeed to open workflow studion and run test with incident number.. it is not possible?
