Running Transaction Issue

Hi All,

I am getting an issue while submitting the record producer and approving the request. It is stuck on running transaction. I have on Geneva Patch 7.

Please suggest how to get out of it.

To get out, click the Cancel button next to the timer.



To determine what is taking so long, start by going to System Logs> Transactions and see if you can identify anything running for a long time (about the time you canceled the timer.)

Since most of the time is client response time, I would start looking at the client scripts and UI policies that are on task and change_request to see if you can find anything.
