Running Transaction Issue

Hi All,

I am getting an issue while submitting the record producer and approving the request. It is stuck on running transaction. I have on Geneva Patch 7.

Please suggest how to get out of it.

I am checking the logs as shown below:

Any idea why do we get waiters in log.

Please suggest why am I getting these warning? Any specific issue.

Hi Chuck,

I got this from slow transactions. See the screenshot below.

Please suggest what should be done in order to reduce the timing.

One more thing, this is working fine on our DEV Instance. However this is creating an issue on TEST Instance.

Is there any possibility that the transactions on any specific env can cause this issue?
