Script step's input variable value turning to "{{undefined}}" in Paris Flow Designer

Just want to make sure if this is happening just in my instance or if it's also happening in other instances too.

In my Paris instance, Script step's input variable value is turning to "{{undefined}}". This doesn't happen in my other instances in different versions.

Steps to reproduce.

Create an Action
Create an Action Input
Add A Script step
Create Input Variable to Script
Drag Action's input variable to the Value
Check that value is OK
Click other part of the page
Value changes to "{{undefined}}"

Hello Hozawa,

I have followed the above steps in my PDI instance and I am able to reproduce this issue. The only change is that the input value is set to blank and not undefined once I save the form. I will test this again in a zbooted instance and let you know

I've applied Hotfix on my personal instance and the {{undefined}} problem was resolved when I enter a static value in the input value. However, I'm still getting a problem with ServiceNow deleting my entire input setting when I have Reference field in input.

We were going to plan to upgrade to Paris in company production instance but will propone until the issue is fully resolved.

Found the problem is fixed in Hotfix 3 when I'm using Chrome but still unresolved when I'm using Firefox.

I did wonder if it could be a problem with one browser or all browsers. I am using Firefox as well. I didn't try it with Chrome.

I was not having a problem with having a static variable in the input value, just with trying to use a data pill for the value. I will try the hot fix you mentioned, though, and see if that improves things.

Without the patch, it was affecting all browser. With the patch, it works OK on Chrome but it's still not fixed on Firefox.

I'm having the same issues as you. I always got the error of the {{undefined}} every time I drag the variable.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
Is there any other option we can use to avoid this issue?
Could you share with me the URL of the patch I have to install, please?
