I can't figure out why this is happening.
But the issue is this, when using AI Search on a portal, for example Employee Center we can add Search Sources which is supposed to generate Tabs on the search result page.
But alas, no tabs are created.
Edit: Comparing with a previous version of the widget, seems like this markup was removed for some reason.

Turns out these tabs are supposed to be gone now, and the Source facet buckets are now part of the filters.
