We have just implemented ServiceNow in our company.
Because we have different departments in the company, we have different emails per department.
The workspaces, and therefore the tickets, are also separated by department.
For example:
Purchasing -> einkauf@unternehmen.de
IT -> it@unternehmen.de
Sales -> vertrieb@unternehmen.de
We read the mails from all departments separately, but now we want to send mails from these mail addresses as well.
For example, IT should send mails from ticket INC0012546 to customers with it@unternehmen.de and Purchasing should send mails from ticket EK00157656 with einkauf@unternehmen.de.
How can we solve this?
What options do we have?
Is there a company that already has a solution to our problem?
