Hi @joshmorris

Service Availability is referenced on Service Credit, and when o check in my PDI, and go to the Service Availability table

The value of Service Availability depends on SO, so if there is no data in the backend nothing will come.  and in PDI there is nodata

You need to create SO, and linked with the vendor and then create a Service Commitment.

Hi @joshmorris

You can go to the Dictionary entry of this field and you can see which table it is referencing.

How do I do that?

Go to tables in application navigator

Search for the vendor table

Go to columns

Search for Service Availability
