Hi: We need to get a better understanding of the 'Service Classification' field on the CMDB. What is the impact of the various choices(Business Service, Technical Service, Shared Service, Service Offering, Application Service, Billable Service). We have been told that having the right selection on a given CI is crucial as it has major impact on implementing Discovery, outages, etc. Thank you for your feedback! Rita

I can't find anything for Billable Service. Could this be a custom Service Classification?
