We upgraded to Madrid. The new ServiceNow Agent mobile app won't let us login with SSO (okta). Any one has any insight or experience with this? ~Thanks

I am trying to export a list report with the grouping collapsed. The report shows the group collapsed in the dashboard but when the report is exported in pdf the grouping is expanded. Attached is an image of the report with collapsed grouping.
