Service Portal Announcement configuration on NOW Mobile

Hi All, 

I've been looking around and could not find a clear answer on how to add a Service Portal Announcment in NOW Mobile. I am new to Now Mobile and still learning where everything is configured. Is there an OOB way to add an Announcement like the one below? Or do I have to create a new custom Launcher section on the Homepage screen? 

For the one below I configure this in Service Portal --> Announcement, but these don't post on the Mobile App. 

To be clear these are not the same as Content Publishing --> Mobile Content.

To display a Service Portal announcement in the Now Mobile app, you’ll need to configure a custom launcher or use the Mobile UI Builder to replicate announcements on the mobile homepage.
