Service portal background image is getting blurred

Hi, whenever i upload any image in background image of service portal , it get blurred. How to upload clear image in that.

find_real_file.pngwhat size of image are you trying to load?  it sounds like the image is too small and the portal is just trying to 'fill' the area with the image provided, which is likely resutling in the 'blurring' of the image.  I would suggest loading a largeer size picture (such as 2000px by 500 px) as is used in many of the OOB portals.

What is the size of the background image?

The following thread suggests using image of 1920x1080.
