Service portal - Case - disable Rich Text Field in Additional Comment

I'm beginner to this platform 

I have created catalog form using record producer to create a case, but the issue is the activity tab, Additional comment field visible as rich text editor, so the comment will be populated as different code tags.

<h1>test2 </h1>

I want to eliminate those tags and add to the case comment

 

I have untick the instance option - Enable Rich Text Editor , but no luck

But this is working fine in customer portal because it doesn't contain rich test edition, it just a text field.

Is this a custom field? OOTB comments/worknotes are journal input kind of fields and they are rendered as plain text. Can you check the type of your Additional Comment field?

yes this is OOTB worknote field not custom field
