Hello
Do someone knows if it's possible to create a Sandbox-Lab network (simulated) for training purposes regarding the SN Discovery tool?
for example:
I know that exists a tool called Cisco Packet Tracer that creates simulated networks for self-training about Cisco networks.
Do someone knows if it's possible to use the Cisco's tool mentioned above in order to create network labs for the SN Discovery tool?
If someone knows another way to create simulated networks for SN Discovery tool labs, please mention how to implement this using with a MID Server
Thanks!
Jesus Leon

Hi Jesus,
I m not sure if this is what you are looking for.
You can go ahead and raise a request for personal dev instance here.
Once you do that you can activate the discovery plugin.

Hi Pradeep
Yes I already have my personal instance where I can enable the Discovery tool plugin. Now I want a simulated network (as a sandbox-laboratory network) where I can install a MID server for Discovery. I don't want to install the MID Server in a real network, since could be the network of a customer.
I want to practice adding simulated CIs in the Simulated network in order to practice to use the Discovery tool, and check how process those simulated CIs in the CMDB.
I am looking for a way to have a simulated network for the Discovery tool.
thanks!
Jesus
