The overall status of ServiceNow Fundamentals On-Demand Course is 98% though all the modules under it are completed and marked 100%
This is strange and there's no way to know where to cover 2%
I've used now support and initiated cases but no luck, it has been 10 days.

Thanks all, for the responses.
My issue got fixed.
After creating case, support team got in touch and marked course as complete from the backend and also unlocked badges. It took approx. 5 days for all these.

Hi
Check if you have completed all modules with 100% including the simulator.
I guess that issue exists and same happened with many but after a day or two the course was flagged as completed automatically.
If the issue persists for you, I suggest you to raise a case in NowLearning so that can help you.

You can just reload the page and visit the module where it doesn't show 100%. complete that module again.

Hi Divya,
I am not sure if this is the issue but my side I was missing 3 modules. I haven't finished the training yet therefore I cannot state whether I am missing other or not.
But I had to raise a case because in
ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand (Path) / Additional ServiceNow Fundamentals Content for System Administrators and Developers (Course)
I only had the "CMDB Overview Knowledge Check"
After raising the case, I got a total of 4!
Probably you should raise a case asap. Unfortunately, it took around 3 days to get it resolved.
