Hi Team,
I'm unable to get an IMAP account setup in my ServiceNow as a POC for a ServiceNow client I am working for.
I've successfully configured this many releases back. However, following the same steps as last time I configured this it no longer works.
The error I receive is when doing Test Connection:
'Email account connection test completed with result: error, msg: Connection failed: Connection dropped by server?'
I've already configured Outlook to read my Gmail emails successfully with the settings as below.
However, when I use the same configuration in ServiceNow I see the error as mentioned above.
My Gmail settings are as follows:
GMAIL - IMAP is enabled
These settings are off
This setting is ON
If anyone has any ideas why this no longer works in ServiceNow or how to get this working please let me know.
Cheers,

SMTP is for sending email. I'm trying to configure IMAP to receive email.
Thanks for responding though.

Hi Naveen,
I think there's something wrong with my new New York PDI.
I used another instance and was able to successfully connect.
Thanks,
Chad
