I am familiar with the "fulfiller" role and applicable setup.
What is a "non-fulfiller" role and how would I set user to "non-fulfiller" status?
Specifically, is this an active user with no groups/roles assigned?
If not, what roles/group encompass "non-fulfiller"?
Which module is recommended to set "non-fulfiller" status if it is not "users".
Thanks,
Mike

Hi,
Term non-fulfiller is used for Users who are End Users. Will just submit the request & no further part is required from their end for fulfillment. So, in short you can consider Users with 'snc_internal' or 'snc_external' role only as non-fulfiller. But it may also vary per business as there is a possibility that Quality person would just need access to system for reviewing surveys, resolution notes but will never be a fulfiller as he/she would not fulfill any request. But for this 'itil' role would be required. So, practically the Quality person would not fulfill request or be a fulfiller but his profile requires fulfiller access atleast to perform some checks.
Thanks,

Mt instance does not have 'snc_internal' or 'snc_external' roles. I am an Admin.
I do have "snc_read_only" as an available role.
Would this role suffice as a non-fulfiller?

Hello,
All end-users without the "ITIL" role are basically considered "non-fulfillers".
There is nothing you need to do for this.
