Show highest used catalog items

How do I generate report that shows mostly used service catalog items?  Appreciate it.

Hi Giri

You can run a report on RITM Table and then group by catalog item and you will be able to see the most used item.

Type of report will be List.

you can use the reporting capability

Example: Type -> Donut

Group By: Item

Display data table
