SN Utils "Show Technical Names on page load" setting not working

Hi all,

I know this might not be the right forum, but I'll take a chance since I don't know where else to ask this. Also tagging @Arnoud Kooi @Arnoud Kooi in hopes of getting some super-help.

The setting ""Show Technical names on page load" has stopped working - it simply won't show Technical names.
Using command /tn works, but that's of course only while I stay in the current browser window.
My colleague has the same issue. I've checked that I have latest Chrome version, re-installed SN Utils, but no change.
Does nyone else recognize this, or know what the reason might be?

Hi Tommy,

I've faced this on my customer's laptop due to security reasons. However, on my personal laptop, it's working fine.

Just a thought, if you post this on linkedin and tag Arnoud Kooi he might be quick in his response. Not sure how often he uses community and community notifications are not working properly so this can be delayed here.

Is this in classic UI? Could you add a screenshot?

thanks for your replies! Now it's suddenly working again for no apparent reason. Maybe it was enough just to post here, haha.

Yes, it was in UI16, a company platform on San Diego as well as a PDI of mine, Tokyo (with Polaris turned off). But all is well now!

Hello all, 

I'm having the same issue, the technical  names disappear  as soon as I change the window. Using Utah, Polaris on. Does anyone have any tips?
