Sorry, an error occurred or this page isn't available

I have a user, just one user, that is encountering this error when she goes to Problems > My Groups Open, "Sorry, an error occurred or this page isn't available." No one else in her team has encountered this error. She has cleared her cache and tried other browsers. I have impersonated her and I do not see the error.
