Support escalation matrix for Now learining support case

Hi Team,

I have created case in Now learning portal for one issue related to course IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation On Demand (Rome).

There is no response from backend support team.

Can any one help me with information about escalation matrix to escalate this case to next level.

Hi @Anjaiah Naluvala 

there is no "escalation matrix".

You just can add a comment from time to time and ask what the status of your case is.
