Switching out to Classic UI

To access Classic View in ServiceNow and currently, I am unable to see the toggle option to switch. Need your assistance to enable switching option, as it would be of immense help to work on various reporting needs in the project.

Hi @shivaniprab ,

 

If you want to switch from next experience UI to UI16 (as per my understanding)- type "sys_properties.list" in the filter navigator. and on list page search for *experience word. You will find property - glide.ui.polaris.experience. Go and change its value to False. Close browser tab and relaunch your PDI and check you will be on UI16.

 

If you are looking for switching to Classic view of Reporting then it is not possible i guess from next exeprience from Yokohama onwards.
