For the Vancouver Show Notifications bell icon, record changes to an Incident are enabled for notifications but there isn't a notification for Requests. I'm trying to create one but it's not working so far. I've changed up configurations and no joy. Has anyone made this work? Do I have to do one for each of RITM and SCTASK? I can't get either to work. Attaching what I have. I'll note that recipient is Assigned to and Ive also set it up with Content as Service Operations Workspace.
