Can someone tell me what the issue is with my flow?
It is showing the following even after the task is complete

Did you set the stage and state in flow? To cross check, pick the OOTB flow on request and make the changes.

You can update the record using the Update Record action once the request is approved.

Note: Ensure that you modify the field values as per your instance configuration.
