Tracking Session Timeout...

I'm looking to see if someone can tell me where I can go to see when a user's session has timed out due to inactivity?   We have our session timeout set to four hours but we have a handful of users that are reporting that they are timing out prior to four hours.   I figure this is logged somewhere but where and how?   If it makes any difference we are on Helsinki Patch 8 and using SAML for authentication.

Thank you,
Dustin

Maybe User Tokens will show you what you want. In the navigation filter, enter sys_user_token.list

Thanks for the suggestion but it looks like user tokens expire in eight hours and I'm positive that we have session time out set to four hours.

I had a discussion with our technical rep from ServiceNow about this and I was pointed in the direction of Node Logs.   However Node Logs are a massive pain to sift through.   If I can figure them out I will post some info about it here.

We are having a similar issue running Helsinki patch 7, however we are not using SSO and our timeout is set to 30 minutes. I get reports of users getting timed out all of the time, even when they are actively using the system. Has anyone ever seen this before? Are there any logs I can use to troubleshoot?
